Dinesh Victor, a simple and a warm person may look like a man of few words, but this Marathon runner, voracious reader, travel buff, hard core debater and a chess enthusiast, is extremely articulate and communicative when talking about the spirit of entrepreneurship and his venture, SIP Academy India Pvt Ltd, which he established in 2003.
Born in 1971 in Tirunelveli District, Dinesh is from a typical middle-class South Indian family. As his father was serving as a Wing Commander in the Indian Air-force, Dinesh did his schooling in 8 cities across India, which gave him the experience of meeting people from different and varied cultures. He was also the National Talent Scholar in 1986 (CBSE board). Dinesh graduated as a Chemical Engineer from the premier Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1992 and got his management degree in Marketing from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 1994.

A sense of accomplishment suffuses Chennai-based Dinesh Victor, Managing Director of the SIP Academy India Pvt. Ltd, when he watches nine and ten-year-old students rattling off answers to complex addition and subtraction problems within seconds.
Dinesh Victor, Managing Director & Master Trainer, (trained for Grand Module 3, the highest level of the program) SIP Academy India Private Limited, is an Engineering Graduate from IIT-Bombay and subsequently studied Management in IIM-Ahmedabad.
After eight years of experience in marketing and banking he decided to cross over to imparting education. Dinesh is a strong believer in the fact that the progress of the nation depends on the progress of the children by training and developing their latent skills the SIP Vision and mission statement are a reflection of the same.
