Job description
Establishing the SIP business in Uttar Pradesh and bringing the profitability to the state by appointing New Franchisees
• Get New Admissions for all Franchisees, Retaining of existing Students
• Collection of Royalty and Kit amount along with other Marketing and Franchisee fees;
• Training of Cis; Events handling.
• Marketing Tie up with around 50 schools
Eligibility
Languages: English, Hindi
Total years of exp: 10 to 15 years
Rel years of exp: 6 to 8 years
Preferable: Candidates from Banking, insurance or Telecom
Should have handled a team of minimum 10 people
Experience in franchise or dealer appointment.
The ideal candidate should have a very good communication skill and extensive knowledge of the UP market.
The candidate should be willing to travel within the state & 10 to 12 days outside city.
