Job description
- Data Collection, Correction, Collation and Analysis.
- Overseeing the channel for data collection, sharing analytical insights, and ensuring key metrics are achieved across the channel.
- Addressing channel complaints related to retention business.
- Preparing google forms, sheets.
Eligibility
Educational Qualification: Any degree – Preferably B Tech
Experience :
Total – 4 years of work experience in Channel support/ franchisee/ dealer management in a service background.
The applicant must possess exceptional advanced Excel capabilities.
Desirable – Power BI
Languages to be known: English, Hindi
