Officer Technology Channel Support
Job location: T Nagar, Chennai
Job description
1. To give voice, chat and email Anydesk support to all franchisees
2. Provide training of the software application to franchisees and internal
teams
3. Maintain support tracker of all the support handled on daily basis
4. Take regular feedback from franchisees on support and application
5. Escalate bugs and technical issues to the software vendor and get it fixed
6. Prepare SOP manuals for the usage of application
7. 1000 plus franchisees to be supported – average support per day will be
30 to 40 (highest)
Eligibility
Skills required:
- Basic excel
- Handled customer service calls /desk, training skills
- Good communication – Tamil, Hindi and English
- Occasionally Traveling – Pan India – 3 to 4 times per year
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
