Business Development Officer Kolkata

Key Responsibilities
• Obtain school permissions for SIP contests and activities.
• Conduct Parent Presentations.
• Generate leads and support business growth initiatives.
• Support franchisees (approx. 10) in business growth and retention activities.
• Execute local marketing activities through franchisees.
• Collect marketing outstanding dues.
• Manage relationships with schools (approx. 40) and key stakeholders.
Skills Required
• Fluent in English and Bengali; conversational Hindi preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel in data analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling teams of 4–5 members are preferred to handle franchisees.
Travel Requirement
• Travel within Kolkata city and surrounding districts.
• Approximately 10–12 travel days per month.
