Business Development Officer – Bhopal

Key Responsibilities

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews of assigned LCLs and track
operational & marketing metrics.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (minimum 3 per cycle) to drive admissions and
improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate and support new centre launches as per the launch checklist within defined
t
imelines.
• Enable LCL growth by supporting admissions targets, registrations, and overall centre
performance.
• Ensure digital presence of centres through Facebook, Google My Business, and website
listings, along with branding compliance.
• Track MBT submissions, manage risk parent metrics, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain structured task planning, share monthly priorities, and execute additional
responsibilities assigned by SH/AH.
