Job location: Tirunelveli
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Support existing franchise partners through planned activities, including
school-based initiatives, to ensure consistent business growth
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise prospects in assigned
regions
• Conduct effective presentations for prospective and existing parents to
promote programs and strengthen engagement
• Perform data analysis to track business performance and derive
actionable insights
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide necessary support to
franchise partners
Eligibility
Experience: 3–5 years in Sales & Management
Education: UG – Any degree. PG – MBA (Preferable)
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Strong interpersonal, people management, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and MS Office tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Candidates residing in Tirunelveli will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel across nearby districts including Tirunelveli,
Nagercoil, Thoothukudi, Kanyakumari, and Tenkasi.
• Flexibility to work on Sundays as per business requirements.
