Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain stock records accurately.
• Handle accounting entries and financial tracking using Tally.
• Oversee collections, MIS reports, and front office operations.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments and maintain
operational efficiency.
• Support customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Eligibility
Total Experience: 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in backend operations
such as tele-calling or similar support functions.
Educational Qualification: UG – Graduate (any discipline) & PG: Not mandatory
Languages: English & Malayalam mandatory
Other Requirements:
o Strong communication and computer skills.
o Good team player with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
o Excellent customer service orientation.
