Area Head – North Karnataka

Key Responsibilities
• New Admissions: Drive student admissions and business growth for the SIP Abacus
program across the assigned territory.
• Franchise Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and appoint new franchise partners with
strong business potential.
• Franchise Retention: Work closely with LCLs to implement retention activities and
strengthen existing franchise operations.
• Team Management: Lead and support the team to achieve business targets and
operational objectives.
• Territory Management: Oversee business development activities across North
Karnataka and ensure consistent growth.
Candidate Profile
• Team Handling: Prior team management experience is required.
• Excel Skills: Intermediate proficiency.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across North Karnataka locations.
