Introduction
Meet Dinesh Victor, founder of SIP Academy. He is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad who embarked on a journey to make a difference in the society with skill based programs for Children.
He did his engineering from IIT Bombay in 1988-92 and went on to complete his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad in 1994. After his MBA, he joined Godrej FMCG division as product manager. He worked for formidable banks like ANZ Grindlays and Standard Chartered post which he took the plunge into entrepreneurship.

Freedom
Freedom allows us to choose and every choice has its consequences. Dinesh believes that giving freedom is the best way to give responsibility to the employees. This freedom and the responsibility that comes with it is what is driving the firm forward.
Fairness
A part of Dinesh which has deeply integrated with this organization is fairness in treating the employees and taking decisions on exceptional circumstances. Ability to take decisions not on emotions but from a point of what’s fair is something that highlights his leadership.
Courage
Courage is something that defines Dinesh. Whether it is about taking the entrepreneurial plunge, managing the shift from offline to online or taking a hard stance for what’s best for business, Dinesh has always shown his courageous and confident side.
His Interests
Dinesh Victor is a marathon runner with keen interest in fitness. He is also passionate about enabling the underprivileged which reflects in our various CSR initiatives.
