Business Development Officer North Bengal & Sikkim

Key Responsibilities
• Sign up schools for SIP Abacus programs.
• Conduct school presentations and conduct presentations for new and existing
parents to promote SIP Abacus programs.
• Manage and support Franchisees.
• Handle both B2B and B2C sales.
• Achieve sales targets and expand business in the assigned territory.
Other Requirements
• Willing to travel extensively Coochbehar to Malda including hills like Darjeeling,
Kalimpong, Kurseong and entire state of Sikkim.
• Willingness to work on weekends.

Skills:
• Strong public speaking, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task and meet targets.
• Team handling experience preferred.
