Assistant Channel Support Officer (ACSO)
Job location: Chennai
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update passwords, attendance, MIS reports maintaining.
Manage travel advances, claims, and settlements.
Process certificates, invoices, and credit notes in Tally.
Ensure monthly reports are shared and documented for ISO audit.
Support CSO and handle visiting card processing.
Eligibility
Education: Any UG preferred & PG degree (preferable)
Experience Required: Total Experience: Minimum 2 years
Relevant Experience: Hands-on experience in Excel proficiency, Basic Tally, Data handling &
data analysis.
Age: 22 to 30 years
Languages: Tamil & English (must) & Hindi (desirable)
Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Intermediate to Proficient level)
• Working knowledge of Tally
• Good communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
