Total Experience: 5 years in Sales & Marketing
Relevant Industry Experience: Education, Banking or Telecom sector.
Educational Qualification: UG: Any Degree PG: MBA (Optional)
Languages: English (Speak, Read, Write), Hindi & Bengali (Speak)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage franchisee relationships and ensure strong business engagement.
- Lead school acquisition/ school cracking initiatives to expand market presence.
- Deliver effective and impactful parent presentations to support admissions.
- Oversee overall revenue growth and ensure achievement of business goals for the region.
Eligibility
- Additional Skills:
- Strong ability to manage franchisees and maintain business relationships.
- Proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills
