Job description
Key Responsibilities
o Franchisee Training & Support
o Franchisee Management (15–20 centers)
o Franchise Expansion
o Student Retention & Relationship Building
o School Business Management – Manage activities across 40–50 schools.
Travel
• Travel across Vidarbha region
• Approx. 10–15 days outside-city travel per month
Immediate joiners preferred
Eligibility
Education: Must – BBA / B. Com / B.Sc. + MBA. Desirable: BE / BTech + MTech
Total Experience: 3–5 years.
Language: English, Hindi & Marathi.
Skills
• Basic–Intermediate Excel (data extraction, analysis, reporting)
• Strong presentation, communication, people management, team coordination, team
handling, team building, Channel management, analytical & problem-solving skills.
