Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Channel Support
• Collection Management
• Software Management
• Stock Management
• Training Management
• Managing and supporting 40 franchises.
Additional Responsibilities
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth operational functioning
• Ensuring timely data updates, reporting, and follow-ups
• Monitoring assigned franchises and ensuring adherence to processes
• Providing support for performance improvement and training needs
Eligibility
Education: UG Degree: B.com /any commerce background & PG degree:
Preferably in Commerce or Science
Experience:
• Total Experience: 4–5 years
• Relevant Experience: 2–3 years
• Team Handling: No direct team; responsible for managing assigned
franchisees.
Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English
Candidate requirements:
o Back-end and accounting experience.
o MIS Experience & Admin coordination.
o Customer service.
o Strong Relationship Building
o Good Communication Skills
o Multi-tasking
o Extracting and analysing data using Excel
