Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Drive student acquisition and meet enrolment targets for the assigned area.
• Manage franchisee relationships and ensure strong business engagement.
• Lead school acquisition/ school cracking initiatives to expand market presence.
• Deliver effective and impactful parent presentations to support admissions.
• Oversee overall revenue growth and ensure achievement of business goals for the region.
Experience Requirements
• Team Handling: Must have managed a team of 5–10+ individuals.
• Additional Skills:
o Strong ability to manage franchisees and maintain business relationships.
o Proficiency in Excel.
o Excellent communication skills.
Other Requirements
• Travel – within Kolkata and surrounding districts.
Eligibility
Total Experience: 4–5 years in Sales & Marketing
Relevant Industry Experience: Education, Banking, Insurance, or Telecom sector.
Educational Qualification: UG: B. Com (Mandatory) PG: MBA (Optional)
Languages: English (Speak, Read, Write), Hindi & Bengali (Speak)
