Job location: Hosur
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Support existing franchises by conducting various activities, including
school-based initiatives, to drive business growth
• Identify and onboard new franchise prospects
• Perform data analysis to track business performance
• Conduct presentations for prospective and existing parents
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with franchise partners
• Travel regularly across assigned districts to support franchise operations
Eligibility
Experience: 3- 5 yrs of Sales & Management experience
UG: Any degree. PG: MBA (Preferable)
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Strong interpersonal, people management, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and MS Office tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Resident of Krishnagiri or Hosur (preferred).
• Willingness to travel across nearby districts including Salem, Namakkal,
Karur, Hosur, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, and Kallakurichi.
• Flexibility to work on Sundays as per business requirements.
