Channel Support Officer – SIP Abacus

Job location: Pune
Job description:

-Provide end to end service to franchisees (Customer service)

-Develop and maintain - MIS management

-Managing the regional inventory - Inventory management ,Collection and follow up

-Handle queries related to the franchisee software application and provide training and retraining (Training)

-Manage to schedule and conduct program delivery trainings for region( Coordination and Persuasion)

-Manage and mentor subordinates effectively by conducting reviews and training them on their job role (People management)

-Provide overall office related administration support

Eligibility:

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Gender: Female

Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and English

-Graduate from any field 
-Need to know excel as they will have to update all the follow-ups and queries 
-Need to have basic system knowledge or any CRM
