1. Achieve planned targets in student admission and Franchisee
lead generation and appointments
2. Ensure that Channel (Franchisee’s and CI’s) are fully supported
to enable them to perform
3. To achieve new children registrations – SIP Abacus
4. To achieve new business –new SIP Abacus Franchisee
appointments
5. To retain the existing business and to ensure the program
delivery standards are maintained
6. To manage SIP Abacus team (Franchisees / Teachers), so that
they are aligned with SIP’s Vision and Values
7. School promotions - Ability to sign up schools for the
Programmes and make presentations
8. To provide Marketing support for LCLs in the area assigned
-Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales or demand
generating activities. Experience in giving sales presentations.
Desirable – experience in dealing with dealers/franchisees
